The website was formally launched on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, by the distinguished District Programme Officer (DPO), Shri Nityam Kumar Gaurav, underscoring the importance of digital enablement in education within the East Champaran district.

The entire website was conceptualized, designed, and developed by Shri Munna Kumar, the Computer Teacher at Uchch Madhyamik Vidyalay (UMV) Rajepur.
Role: Computer Teacher (UMV Rajepur)
Appointment: Shri Munna Kumar joined the school on November 18, 2023, having been appointed through the BPSC TRE-1 (Bihar Public Service Commission Teacher Recruitment Examination - 1).
Dedication: Recognizing the need for a digital presence, he took the initiative to build this platform from the ground up, ensuring accessibility and ease of information for all stakeholders.
